The staff at Carson-Wall is always available to listen and to serve your family’s needs. We offer traditional, contemporary, and personalized services. PAYMENT POLICY



We understand that the loss of a loved one can be a traumatic experience. The arrangements that must be made can be overwhelming and emotions may influence the decision-making process. Our desire is that the arrangements made reflect the family’s personal wishes and remain within your budget. We believe that every life is worth honoring. Our staff will work with you and your family to create a meaningful and therapeutic tribute for your loved one. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.

 

We accept the following methods of payment in full before services are provided:

  • Pre-funded funeral arrangements.
  • Valid and verifiable life insurance assignment.
  • Financing through a financial institution or lending agency.
  • A valid cashier’s check, business check, personal check, and/or cash.
  • A cashier’s check from the deceased’s bank account.
  • Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and/or American Express (3% surcharge applies)

 

Except for pre-funded funeral arrangements, we do not extend credit or time payments to encourage families to select services and goods within their means. Our experience has proven that credit or time payments invariably lead to purchasing services and merchandise beyond the family’s means and may cause financial hardship. Our payment policy is in the best interest of the family’s welfare. When our standard fees create a situation where families are unable to facilitate payment before services are provided the funeral director will make alternative arrangements.

 

Account balances that are more than 60 days past due are subject to be turned over to a collection agency.
